Q.
What is the difference between your 360° virtual tours vs. traditional virtual tours?
A.
There is a world of difference between the two. Our 360° virtual tours allows you to look all the way from the ground to ceiling, and all around. 360° virtual tours gives you the freedom to look around the environment, as if you're actually standing there and moving your head around. Traditional tours, on the other hand, limit your field of view and does not allow you to view all the way down or all the way up. Traditional virtual tours are typically lower resolution, which does not allow you to see a large or full-screen view.

Q.
What is the turn-around rate for your service?
A.
This depends on the complexity of the tour design. Typically, from the day of the photoshoot, it will take us up to 7 days to deliver the end product to our client, assuming we receive quick feedback. However, we will do our best to meet our client's tight deadlines if 7 days is not quick enough.

Q.
Do you offer virtual tour services outside of the Denver area?
A.
Yes, we do. If necessary, we will factor in transportation and lodging costs into our estimate that we offer to our client -- that way, there are no hidden costs.
